Problem

999 (Triple Nine) needed a single intranet to centralize a group operating across three countries; Medicinrådet needed a new intranet for 80+ users. Both required translating organizational structure into an information architecture and running delivery with a hybrid team.

My role

  • Project leader and consultant, running both engagements concurrently.
  • On 999: project leader and consultant in a two-person team, designing the intranet architecture for a group spanning three countries.
  • On Medicinrådet: project leader and consultant, setting up SharePoint and designing the intranet architecture for 80+ users.

Approach

  • Designed SharePoint intranet architecture for each organization based on its own structure and content needs.
  • Led both projects with a hybrid delivery model — coordinating team members and client stakeholders across locations.
  • Set up SharePoint sites and governance structure ahead of content migration and rollout.

Outcome

  • Running two concurrent project-leader engagements — evidence of managing multiple client relationships and delivery timelines in parallel, not just single-project execution.
  • The 999 engagement specifically required designing an architecture that works across three countries' worth of organizational structure — a genuinely cross-border information-architecture problem.
