Problem

Preparing customer offers for similar projects involved redundant manual work each time, with no structured way to reuse past estimates, content, or effort — hurting efficiency, project estimation, and overall workflow.

My role

• Project lead and developer, with the CFO as the main stakeholder.
• Gathered requirements, divided responsibilities, and assessed project risks and resource constraints.

Approach

• Comparing technical approaches — including Microsoft Copilot agents versus a custom application integrated with an AI API — weighing technical capability, limitations, and fit against the requirements.
• Designing how the eventual solution will integrate with the company's existing data and workflows.
• Currently in the architecture and solution-design phase, ahead of implementation.

Outcome

• Requirements gathering, risk assessment, and technical approach comparison complete; solution architecture in progress.
• This case study will be updated with implementation details and results as the project moves into development.
